All orders ship from our Ohio locations.

- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day
- Processing time does not include shipping/transit time

Shipping Costs
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping based on your order total:
- Orders $0.01 – $19.99: $6.90 shipping
- Orders $20.00 – $74.99: $8.90 shipping
- Orders $75.00 and over: Free ground shipping

- Shipping rates are calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes and discounts
- Some oversized or heavy items may not qualify for standard shipping rates
- Any additional shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before purchase
